As part of the Visualization team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key visual experiences across the platform, such as photography, short-form video, 3D tours, floor plans, and AI-generated and AI-enhanced visual content. You will balance hands-on execution with product vision, owning your product area end-to-end - spanning discovery, requirements, design partnership, delivery, experimentation, and post-launch performance.

You will be a key partner to engineering, design, data science, content, and partnerships teams, turning rich visual assets and emerging AI capabilities into differentiated experiences that help consumers make confident decisions and help real estate professionals market their listings, all while advancing the Company's AI sophistication through next-generation visual and video experiences.

What Will You Do?

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more visualization product areas across web and native apps, aligned to the broader Visualization strategy.
  • Translate consumer insights, real estate professional needs, competitive trends, and business objectives into clear, prioritized roadmaps and well-defined requirements.
  • Champion the consumer, ensuring every visual experience is easy to explore, easy to understand, and easy to make decisions.

Visual & AI-Powered Experiences

  • Define and deliver visual experiences such as short-form, social-style video, immersive 3D exploration, and visual content across search, listing details, and owner experiences.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to apply generative AI and computer vision to create new experiences, such as virtual staging, renovation and design visualization, and AI-generated video.
  • Work with design to craft intuitive, high-quality, and performant visual experiences that scale across devices and surfaces.

Content Foundations & Partnerships

  • Partner with Content, Partnerships, and Legal teams to translate media sourcing and rights requirements into product capabilities.
  • Work with engineering and data teams on the content foundations that power visual experiences, including ingestion, tagging, rights management, and quality standards.
  • Support integrations with external media and technology partners, defining product requirements and ensuring successful launches.

Delivery, Experimentation & Impact

  • Lead your cross-functional squad through discovery, delivery, and launch, writing clear requirements and making informed tradeoffs on scope, quality, and speed.
  • Define success metrics for your area, including engagement, content coverage, professional adoption, and revenue impact, and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomes.
  • Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and use data and consumer research to continuously optimize the experience.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

What Will You Bring?

  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products, with a track record of shipping high-impact features at scale on web and/or native mobile apps.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Visual Media & Video Expertise: Experience building visual-first products, such as short-form video, creator and editing tools, imaging, 3D, or immersive experiences. Real estate or marketplace experience is a plus.
  • AI & Technical Fluency: Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of generative image and video models, computer vision, or media processing pipelines, with the ability to partner closely with engineering and data science.
  • Data & Experimentation: Demonstrated ability to use analytics, experimentation, and consumer research to make decisions and drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and clearly articulate product decisions and tradeoffs.
