Your Impact

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product-led growth and the end-to-end customer experience that makes DISCO feel unmistakably best-in-class. You will drive the roadmap for in-app value
benchmarks and self-serve upgrade paths, and elevate our UI/UX into a powerful, intuitive experience across DISCO Platform — the kind customers point to as proof DISCO leads the category. As part of making that growth frictionless end-to-end, you'll also extend expansion signals into automatic entitlements and provisioning, so a customer's decision to grow becomes working access without a support ticket in between.

What You'll Do
  • Own the PLG & Expansion Roadmap: Drive the roadmap for in-app value benchmarks, self-serve upgrade triggers, and other product experiences that generate expansion revenue.
  • Elevate DISCO's Product Experience & Brand: Build on our existing design system to turn UI consistency into a genuine competitive advantage — a polished, intuitive, and cohesive experience across DISCO Platform that strengthens DISCO's brand and earns customer trust at every touchpoint.
  • Partner on Design Quality: Work with design leadership to guide UI/UX craft and consistency across all customer journeys.
  • Champion the Customer's Voice: Engage directly with customers through interviews, feedback, and usability sessions, and translate what you hear into prioritized, well-scoped product solutions alongside your quantitative data.
  • Mine Data for Growth Opportunities: Use usage and funnel data to identify, validate, and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities.
  • Build the Business Case: Translate technical efficiency into business-value narratives (ROI/TCO) for procurement and executive stakeholders.
  • Extend Growth Into Fulfillment: As a supporting piece of the growth motion, connect expansion triggers to entitlements and provisioning so upgrades translate into working access automatically
  • Modernize Delivery Practices: Bring rapid prototyping, AI-assisted design/dev workflows, and iterative validation into the team's delivery cadence to shorten the path from idea to validated learning
Who You Are
  • Product-Led Growth Expertise: 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of driving measurable adoption, activation, or expansion outcomes in a PLG or self-serve motion.
  • Product & UX Craft: A sharp eye for UX quality and design detail, with the strategic vision to elevate a UI from merely functional to a genuine brand asset — while keeping the team focused on outcomes over minor feature tweaks.
  • Voice of the Customer: Speaks fluently and credibly to the customer experience, with a demonstrated history of translating customer pain points — gathered firsthand through interviews,
feedback, and direct engagement — into well-scoped, well-executed product solutions.
  • Data & Experimentation Fluency: Comfort designing experiments (A/B tests, funnel analysis, cohort analysis) and using product analytics to make evidence-based prioritization calls.
  • AI Fluency & Rapid Prototyping: Hands-on with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Figma Make) for research, ideation, and delivery, plus practiced use of low- and no-code prototyping tools to validate concepts before committing engineering resources.
  • Business Storytelling & Stakeholder Communication: Able to translate technical efficiency and product investment into ROI/TCO narratives for procurement and executives, and to unite cross functional stakeholders around a shared plan.
  • Adaptable, Systems-Minded Execution: Comfortable navigating ambiguity across a distributed, multi-region team, managing features that need to scale reliably, and breaking large problems into milestones that deliver incremental value.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: A track record of mentoring other PMs or cross-functional partners, leading by example, and fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Even Better If You Have…
  • Legal Tech Domain Expertise: Prior experience with e-discovery, legal hold software, or other enterprise B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Entitlements & Provisioning Systems: Familiarity with how purchase or upgrade decisions connect to fulfillment (entitlements, provisioning, licensing) in a B2B SaaS product.
  • Growth Tooling Experience: Hands-on use of product analytics or growth platforms (e.g., Pendo, Fullstory, or similar).
  • Design or Technical Background: A past life in design, front-end development, or data science that deepens your ability to prototype and partner hands-on with Engineering and Design
    Core DISCO Product Competencies
  • Customer Focus & Insight: Deeply understand user needs and pain points through research to guide product decisions.
  • Strategic Clarity: Create and communicate clear direction aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Delivery of Top Priorities: Drive high-quality and timely delivery of the most important new products and experiences.
  • Own the Outcome: Take full responsibility for achieving results and measurable impact from
    definition through iteration

Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. DISCO is not currently sponsoring visas, including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, or EAD, and we are not accepting visa transfers.

Perks of DISCO
