Senior Product Manager, GTM Studio

ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You'll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition.

The Opportunity

GTM Studio is ZoomInfo's AI application built for revenue operators, GTM engineers, and builders to assemble the next generation of go-to-market systems. We need a Senior Product Manager to own features across Audience building, AI enrichment, and AI orchestration, and to build the best-in-class GTM orchestration tool for revenue operators.

This is a role for someone who has built go-to-market systems themselves. You've worked deep in the revenue tech stack and know what breaks when data is stale, enrichment fails, or a workflow meets real customer complexity. You believe in AI-ready systems because you know firsthand what it actually takes to make AI work in production.

What You'll Do

Own features across Audiences, AI Enrichment, and AI Orchestration. Drive the roadmap for core capabilities inside GTM Studio, from how customers build and query audiences to how AI enriches and acts on that data.

Bridge data and applications. Bring together data across the entire customer data ecosystem — ZoomInfo's own data assets plus the broader revenue tech stack our customers already run on. Champion the discipline of data operators: people who understand that good go-to-market systems live or die on the quality, freshness, and structure of the data underneath them.

Partner with sophisticated solutions architects and customers. Work hands-on with our most technical solutions teams and our most demanding customers to design and ship a go-to-market orchestration tool built for revenue operators, not just casual users.

Bring deep revenue tech stack fluency. Maintain strong working knowledge of the revenue tech stack — CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, sales engagement, and everything in between — and use that knowledge to design integrations and workflows that fit how revenue teams actually operate. Maintain a sharp, current view of the competitive landscape (including Clay and adjacent players) so GTM Studio's roadmap is built to win, not just to ship.

Understand revenue tech systems and the role of data within them. Bring real acumen about how data flows through revenue systems, and use that understanding to prioritize the features that matter most to teams trying to scale — including the sales leaders who are ultimately accountable for a number.

Drive cross-functional execution. Act as the hub connecting data, engineering, AI platform, design, solutions, and web application teams to launch products for revenue operators — translating between technical constraints and GTM outcomes and keeping every team pointed at the same roadmap.

Communicate strategically. Represent the roadmap and its rationale clearly across product and engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at high-growth B2B SaaS companies
  • Direct, hands-on experience building or implementing go-to-market systems — CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, or sales engagement platforms — as an operator, not just an observer
  • A track record of shipping in fast, agile environments, with the judgment to balance speed against long-term platform quality
  • Strong technical fluency with data platforms, APIs, and integrations; comfort partnering closely with engineering on complex, data-intensive products
  • Genuine enthusiasm for applied AI — you've used AI-powered tools to solve real GTM problems and have a point of view on where agentic workflows create real leverage versus where they don't
  • Deep empathy for the RevOps, sales, and marketing personas who live inside these systems every day
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex between technical depth and executive-level narrative
Who You Are

An applied practitioner. You've built go-to-market products and used real go-to-market tech yourself. You know the difference between a feature that looks good in a slide and one that survives a revenue operator's actual workflow.

A data operator at heart. You understand that enrichment, orchestration, and every downstream AI capability are only as good as the data feeding them — and you treat data quality as a first-class product concern, not an afterthought.

A believer in AI-ready systems. You're excited about what AI orchestration and agentic workflows can unlock for GTM teams, and you know from firsthand experience what it actually takes to make AI work reliably in production — not just in a demo.

A builder of bridges. You move comfortably between data teams, engineers, AI platform teams, and the field — translating what customers need into what gets built, and back again.
