Our Story

TopDog Law is not your typical law firm. We're a nationally scaling personal injury firm built for impact and growth — owning the client experience end-to-end, from marketing and intake through litigation. We believe that world-class marketing, paired with exceptional legal talent and operations, creates better experiences and outcomes for clients and the business alike.

Over the past three years, we've grown 2–3x year over year, setting a new standard on the marketing side of the personal injury space and proving what's possible when strategy, speed, and execution align. Now we're applying that same discipline and innovation to firm operations, case management, and national scale — intentionally building the infrastructure, systems, and teams to grow without sacrificing quality, culture, or accountability.

We are a fully remote team that share trust, open communication, and a commitment to doing great work. If you love ownership, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

We're building the technology infrastructure for a nationally scaling personal injury law firm, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core piece of it. This is a greenfield build across three core systems: a custom AI-enabled intake engine to replace Salesforce, a modern case management platform to replace Filevine, and a client-facing portal for case status, messaging, and document sharing. You'll define what we build, why it matters, and how it drives measurable outcomes for our firm and the clients we serve. You'll work closely with the VP of Product and company leadership on strategic direction, but within your domain, you're empowered to make decisions, set priorities, and drive execution. If you thrive with high ownership, move fast with imperfect information, and care deeply about building products people love to use, we'd love to meet you.

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core opportunity area.
  • Prioritization tied to business outcomes, not feature requests – this isn't a backlog-management role.
  • The KPIs that define success for your domain, and holding your team accountable to them.
  • Alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Discovery you'll run directly with attorneys, operators, case managers, and claimants.
  • The UX and design of your domain – prototyping your own requirements and solutions instead of handing off a spec and waiting on a dedicated designer.
  • Real autonomy in your domain, with direct exposure to company leadership on major decisions.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years in product management, legal tech or other operationally complex industries a plus.
  • A track record of shipping software that moved the business.
  • Comfortable in architecture discussions, APIs, and data flows.
  • Real experience prototyping your own requirements and solutions for engineering – you won't always have a dedicated designer, but you'll have a shared resource for polish when you need it.
  • Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities, with sharp judgment on what's worth building.
  • A strategic thinker who connects user problems to company-level objectives.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and good at building structure where none exists.
  • Adaptable and curious, ready to evolve your process as the technology landscape shifts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • An analytical thinker who turns data into decisive action.
  • Energized by building in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Who Thrives Here (Core Values)

We don't hire on resumes alone. We hire for competence, character, and mindset.

  • Embrace Change: Open to feedback, embracing change, and always asking "what's next?"
  • Committed: You care deeply, have your teammates' backs, and show up to build something lasting.
  • No-Ego Energy: Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented. Drama stays at the door.
  • Ownership: You do what you say, follow through, and treat the business like it's yours.
  • Fast & Hungry: You move with urgency, thrive under high expectations, and are motivated by growth and impact.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $115,600 - $163,200, commensurate with experience
  • Eligible for performance-based bonus
  • Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
  • Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, HSA, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and parental leave.

Equal Opportunity Employer

We are an equal opportunity employer. Employment selection and related decisions are made without regard to age, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identification, or being a qualified disabled veteran or qualified veteran of the Vietnam era or any other category protected by Federal or State law.
