The Business Development Representative role involves identifying and closing law firm referral partnerships, evaluating partners based on data, negotiating contracts, and managing a sales pipeline efficiently while driving growth for TopDog Law.

Lead and build a greenfield, AI-enabled product platform (custom CRM, case management, client portal). Manage up to five Technical PMs, drive roadmap and migrations off Salesforce/Filevine, prototype and ship AI-integrated features, and align product with engineering and executive goals to scale firm growth.

Lead analytics for law firm operations by writing advanced SQL and Python/R scripts, building executive dashboards, standardizing KPIs, analyzing case lifecycle metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive capacity planning and process improvements.
