We are looking for a highly skilled product manager in Austin to research, develop, and drive the roadmap for our various product lines. A successful candidate will have a proven track record for delivering quality technology solutions to the market that drive positive outcomes for the business. What you will do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap which involves identifying marketing opportunities, conducting user research, and defining the strategic direction for our product(s).
  • Drive key results such as user conversion, product adoption, and delivery of new payment product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product marketing) to translate product vision into tangible features and functionality.
  • Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and secure financial interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
  • Track product performance using key metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to inform product iterations and strategic decisions.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a startup environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for improving overall customer experience through technology.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience delivering fintech or proptech products.
  • Previous experience working in B2B SaaS companies
