ID5 enables addressable and measurable advertising to support the growth of the digital economy and provide free and safe access to content and services. Technical changes, signal loss, and increasingly more stringent data protection regulations require new, advanced technologies that enable audience addressability while respecting people’s privacy preferences.

ID5 has risen to this challenge and developed solutions that support publishers’ and marketers’ need for better addressability. Its laser focus on Identity sets it apart from competitive solutions and enables the company to offer the most advanced and sophisticated identity services to over 100,000 media properties, and hundreds of technology platforms and advertisers, making it the most adopted identity solution in the market.

The Opportunity

Identity is the biggest unsolved problem on the open web, and ID5 is building the infrastructure to fix it. The ID5 ID is already trusted by thousands of partners across ad tech. Our recent acquisition of TrueData expanded us into the US, audience data, and onboarding, and we're now doubling down on the next frontiers: Measurement and Onboarding.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a critical area of our roadmap end-to-end. You'll help define the problems worth solving, ship the features that solve them, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and partnerships to bring them to market. Every feature you ship has a measurable impact on how publishers monetise, how advertisers reach audiences, and how the open web competes with the walled gardens.

What You'll Do

  • Working closely with our Director of Product you will support a critical area of the ID5 product end-to-end, across the different ID products.
  • Run a clearly scoped, prioritised backlog of epics and features that engineering can execute on without ambiguity.
  • Define the "what" and "why" behind every release, partnering with Product Marketing to turn technical capability into value propositions that resonate with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and advertisers.
  • Arm Sales and Client Growth with the proof points they need to win complex deals against sophisticated buyers and competing identity solutions.
  • Drive outcomes end-to-end by making decisions, removing ambiguity, and bringing engineering, marketing, and partnerships with you.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable product management experience in ad tech, ideally with hands-on exposure to programmatic, Connected TV, identity, attribution, or measurement.
  • Strong problem and solution definition. You frame the right problem before solving it, even under genuine ambiguity.
  • Confident prioritisation when not everything can be first, and a rationale you can defend.
  • Stakeholder influence at peer and senior levels across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partnerships.
  • Deep curiosity, an ownership mindset, and comfort working ahead of the data.

Nice To Have

  • Hands-on technical fluency that lets you make architectural trade-offs with engineering rather than around them.
  • Experience with measurement, attribution, audience onboarding, or identity at a DSP, SSP, DMP, CDP, or measurement provider.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Build at the heart of how the open web reaches and measures audiences. The infrastructure for the next decade is being designed right now, and your work will help shape it.
  • Own product areas with genuine end-to-end autonomy, working alongside a senior, opinionated team that gives clear feedback and enjoys the craft.
  • Be stretched continuously across technical, analytical, and commercial problems that genuinely matter for the open web.
  • Operate fully remote, with the access to leadership and the autonomy to leave a visible mark.

What we offer to our talent

  • Remote-first working policy
  • A competitive compensation package, including stock options in ID5
  • WeWork membership and option to work from different WeWork locations
  • Regular offsites to enjoy face-to-face time and to bond further with your colleagues
  • A dynamic environment that offers room for growth and development to all employees
  • A friendly, international, and multicultural team
  • We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are passionate about creating an inclusive environment in which all employees can thrive
