Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning customer insights and business needs into well-designed features and products, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. 

This is a highly hands-on role: you will write user stories, manage backlogs, test solutions, and prototype concepts using modern AI-driven tools. You will play a critical role in ensuring that BookedBy’s product vision is translated into actionable, high-quality solutions that drive customer and business impact. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and deliverables, managing backlogs, writing clear user stories, and prioritizing work to align with strategic goals. 
  • Own the full product lifecycle for assigned areas: discovery, requirements, design collaboration, delivery, and iteration.  
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features on time, with high quality and measurable customer impact. 
  • Prototype solutions using tools such as V0, Framer, or AI-assisted design platforms to validate concepts quickly. 
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to guide decisions. 
  • Track product metrics and report on performance to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Communicate product updates, decisions, and rationale clearly across teams and leadership. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B software. 
  • Strong track record of shipping customer-facing features through the full lifecycle. 
  • Experience prototyping and validating solutions with tools like V0, Figma, or AI-driven design platforms. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data and feedback to make trade-offs. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities. 

Bonus Points For: 

  • Experience in industries such as Salon, Retail, or Healthcare where technology drives operational efficiency. 
  • Familiarity with payments, scheduling, or POS systems. 
  • Experience mentoring junior PMs or leading cross-functional initiatives.
