About the Team

You’ll join a high impact Product Marketing team that collaborates with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Product Ops, Pricing, Support & Success, and the GTM engine (Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Enablement). The team is expanding Outreach’s portfolio within the global Revenue Orchestration market, working with companies from mid-market to large enterprises. You’ll collaborate deeply across teams, stay curious, innovate often, and support one another. This role reports to the VP of Product Marketing.

The Role

We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who excels in go-to-market launch execution. Your primary responsibility is to lead complex, high impact product launches—owning end-to-end GTM launch planning, cross-functional alignment, and delivery of launch strategies that drive adoption, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.

This role blends strategic GTM product launches with core product marketing responsibilities including launch positioning, messaging, enablement, and content development to support Sales, Partners, Marketing, and Customer teams. You will also work closely with the Partner PMM, Partner team, and strategic partners as partner integrations become increasingly central to Outreach’s platform and GTM motions.

Location: We’re open to remote within the US or hybrid at one of our office locations (Seattle, Atlanta). #LI-Remote

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Own GTM launch cycles, planning, and execution by managing complex and high stakes releases independently while ensuring successful launch outcomes.
  • Build and execute comprehensive launch plans in close partnership with Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Teams, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Legal, Finance, and Partners.
  • Provide executives and teams with timely updates on features and launches, identify and communicate risks, and discuss potential trade-offs with product and product marketing leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional go-to-market alignment by acting as a partner and liaison across teams, overseeing and managing launch readiness, addressing timing discrepancies, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring the complete delivery of all required materials for each launch.
  • Develop compelling, differentiated value propositions and product narratives that resonate across mid-market and enterprise audiences.
  • Create and deliver messaging, positioning, demos, roadmap presentations, and storytelling for GTM teams and events.
  • Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform to become a leading internal subject matter expert on product capabilities and customer use cases.

Our Vision Of You

  • 5 or more years in enterprise SaaS. Experience in Revenue Orchestration platforms or SaaS software for sales, marketing, or customer teams is a plus.
  • Change management experience with the ability to handle scope shifts or delays and pivot accordingly.
  • Proven experience with driving GTM product launches, launch governance and cadence refinement of launch processes and procedures.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and communication, data-informed decision-making, and a customer-centric focus.
  • You are a strategic driver and executor who sees the big picture but thrives in the details.
  • You move quickly, communicate clearly, build trust across teams without direct authority, and bring clarity to complexity.
  • You’re not just a doer—you connect people, challenge the status quo with empathy, and drive forward progress.
