As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth for our MSP-focused solutions. You'll craft differentiated positioning, create compelling messaging, and equip sales with the tools needed to convert Managed Service Providers into long-term customers. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, and enablement teams, you'll ensure our solutions resonate with the MSP community and align with market needs. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role requires a passion for the uniqueness of the MSP space, exceptional interpersonal skills, determination, a teacher's heart, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales and other NinjaOne teams.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
Travel Requirement - Up to 40% representing NinjaOne at key industry events, product launches, and customer engagements.
What You'll be Doing
Market-Driven Differentiation

  • Develop and refine clear, differentiated messaging for MSPs, ensuring alignment with market needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the MSP market, gathering insights from customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work closely with the product and upstream PMM teams to translate technical product capabilities into compelling, value-driven solutions tailored for MSPs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing MSP offerings or create new segment-specific bundles.


Strategic Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Conduct market opportunity analysis to identify growth opportunities for MSP-focused solutions.
  • Own MSP-focused product launches, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and sales to drive awareness and demand.
  • Develop MSP-specific ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and create clear targeting strategies.
  • Partner with demand generation to design and optimize MSP acquisition and retention campaigns.


Sales Enablement

  • Create MSP-focused sales enablement content, including pitch decks, solution guides, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks.
  • Simplify complex product features and market trends into clear, actionable insights, ensuring both internal teams and customers easily understand the value of our MSP-focused solutions.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support for the sales team to ensure alignment with key MSP messaging and positioning.
  • Build and maintain tools that help articulate product value, including case studies and testimonials from MSP customers.


Thought Leadership & Market Influence

  • Leverage your expertise as a thought leader in the MSP space, shaping market narratives and influencing industry conversations to elevate NinjaOne's brand presence and solidify its position as a market leader.
  • Position NinjaOne as a thought leader in the MSP space by developing and promoting content, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with industry analysts, media, and key MSP influencers to elevate market visibility.
  • Speak at MSP-focused industry events and conferences to strengthen NinjaOne's brand presence.


Operations, Data, Insights, & Analytics

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and MSP buying behaviors to refine messaging and strategies, while presenting your findings to key stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Build and scale streamlined processes to ensure efficient creation and delivery of messaging, making it second nature to adapt as market needs evolve.
  • Other duties as needed.


About You

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in B2B software, IT management, or MSP-focused technology.
  • With over 3 years spent in the MSP space, you've developed a strong understanding of its business model, challenges, and buyer personas required.
  • Crafting compelling messaging and executing go-to-market strategies is a skill you've honed throughout your career, complemented by strong presentation skills and experience delivering impactful presentations to all levels.
  • You've collaborated closely with sales enablement, content creation, and demand generation teams, with a particular strength in demand generation.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging is something you excel at.
  • Your experience managing cross-functional projects in dynamic environments has driven consistent results.
  • Data-driven decision-making is second nature to you, supported by your strong analytical background and market research experience.
  • Building and scaling processes comes easily to you, ensuring they're streamlined and efficient.
  • You're naturally drawn to coaching and supporting both sales and customer teams, always approaching it with patience and empathy.
  • Helping others understand the intricacies of the MSP world is something that excites you, and you believe in the power of relationship-building to drive success.
  • Recognized as a thought leader in the MSP space, you've consistently used your market influence to elevate both the company and yourself.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are well-versed in using essential tools like Microsoft, Confluence, Highspot, Salesloft, Pardot, Zoom, Asana, and Salesforce
  • Bonus points if you professionally fluent in German, French, or Japanese.

Additional Information
This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
