Hi I'm Alan Roth, I lead Product Marketing here at Jane, which means I spend my days thinking about how we tell Jane's story, understand the practitioners we serve, and grow thoughtfully, especially as we expand in the US. Outside of work, I'm a soccer player, a traveler whenever I can manage it, and a dad to two daughters who keep me honest about what actually matters.

This role sits at the center of Payments and Financial Services, one of Jane's fastest-growing product areas. Our integrated suite of financial products is core to how practitioners run their businesses. This person sets the go-to-market strategy for Jane's financial products portfolio including Payments, Clinic Financing, Payroll, and an expanding set of tools — and is accountable for its commercial results. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, understands how financial features shape a practitioner's day-to-day operations, and can turn complex product capabilities into a value story that lands with the people who rely on Jane every day. You'll partner directly with Financial Services product leadership, marketing and customer success leadership, and set direction for other PMMs across the org.

This presents a unique, career defining opportunity to lead the adoption of Fintech in one of the most reputable, fast-growing, and AI-forward software companies serving health and wellness clinics.

What Impact We're Looking for You to Make
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Jane's payments and financial products portfolio — starting with Jane Payments and expanding into Jane Capital, Jane Payroll, and future products — setting the narrative and sequencing.

  • Act as the internal authority on positioning, naming, and messaging architecture for payments and financial products, translating complex capabilities into value practitioners feel in their day-to-day operations, and setting the standard other PMMs build from.

  • Lead cross-functional launch strategy across Product, Support, Marketing, and Finance, and own the commercial outcomes those launches are measured against including adoption, revenue, and retention.

  • Sit at the leadership table as the voice of the customer and market: turn qualitative and quantitative signals into product opportunities, roadmap trade-offs, and pricing and packaging calls — bringing VP and exec stakeholders along with you.

  • Build alignment with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing at the strategy level, shaping how teams think about payments and financial products across Jane.

  • Establish the frameworks, rituals, and playbook for how Jane plans, launches, and measures product marketing as the financial product suite grows, building the discipline the rest of the team can learn from and scale.

What Experience We Need
  • 7+ years in Product Marketing or a related role, including direct experience owning go-to-market for payments, billing, or financial products within a SaaS platform.

  • A track record of operating as a strategic partner to VP or executive stakeholders — building the trust to influence pricing, packaging, and roadmap decisions.

  • Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes tied directly to your GTM work, with the analytical rigor to present a strong case with numbers.

  • Experience growing existing products and building from 0-1: establishing frameworks, playbooks, or team practices where none existed, and bringing a cross-functional org along with you.

  • A working understanding of how financial features serve a broader business workflow as part of how a practice runs day to day.

  • Experience marketing technology-forward or AI-powered features, and fluency using AI tools in your own workflow.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the range to shift between an exec-level narrative and detailed messaging depending on the room.

  • Comfortable being the senior voice representing product marketing to Product, Sales, Support, and Leadership. You set direction in ambiguity rather than waiting for one.

  • Healthcare SaaS experience is a plus.
