Product Marketing at Talkiatry serves three core functions: (1) Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market of Talkiatry's clinical services and patient-facing product. (2) Own patient research and represent the voice of the patient across our key audiences, serving as the marketing team's liaison across the organization for patient marketing. (3) Coordinate the execution of patient launches with teams across Talkiatry.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll serve as the marketing team's primary conductor for patient-facing product marketing across the company. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Talkiatry, including Product, Clinical, Operations, Creative, and other Marketing teams, and work with channel owners to bring patient launches and updates to market. You'll help build and scale the patient product marketing function, owning the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market that connect Talkiatry's services and patient experience to the people we serve.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven expertise in product positioning, patient-centric messaging, and market research. They excel at synthesizing insights into impactful, patient-focused storytelling, and they have a track record of using data-driven insights to optimize user journeys, enhance engagement, and elevate brand experiences.

About Talkiatry:

Talkiatry is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible, human, and sustainable for both patients and clinicians. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, we were built to solve one of healthcare’s most urgent challenges: millions of people struggle to access mental health care, while clinicians face growing administrative burden and burnout. Through our technology-powered, in-network platform, we’re changing that, creating a better experience for patients and empowering clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Today, Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists, 250+ therapists, and more than two million patient visits delivered nationwide. At our scale, every innovation has real impact. Every workflow we improve, every technology solution we build, and every patient experience we redesign helps thousands of clinicians provide better care to hundreds of thousands of patients. We’re not just growing quickly — we’re redefining how behavioral healthcare is delivered in America.

Joining Talkiatry means joining a mission-driven team that is solving complex problems at scale, driving meaningful change in healthcare, and building the future of mental health care with compassion, innovation, and purpose.

You will:
  • Drive end-to-end launch planning and execution for new product features, clinical service offerings, new lines of business, and patient experience enhancements, partnering closely with channel partners to drive adoption.

  • Represent the voice of the patient by conducting and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative research across our key patient audiences, ensuring patient insights are integrated into our marketing, clinical, and product strategies.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the patient audience, the mental health care landscape, and the competitive set to inform positioning and go-to-market.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Creative, and Operations teams to optimize patient journeys and integrate patient-focused initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and storytelling efforts.

  • Partner with Marketing teams to create patient-facing materials, including emails, website updates, help articles, and other educational resources.

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics such as patient engagement, brand awareness, and service adoption, using data-driven insights to inform Talkiatry's GTM priorities.

You have:
  • 4-6+ years in product marketing or consumer marketing roles, ideally within health tech and/or high-growth consumer technology organizations.

  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and developing messaging.

  • Strong market and audience research skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to represent the voice of the patient across the business.

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly messages.

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for audience and content insights, content production, and workflow automation.

  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of synthesizing data to drive strategy and improve marketing performance.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
