  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate design intent and interaction.

  • Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and a consistent design system across all products.

  • Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed.

  • Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Socure’s products remain innovative and competitive.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related discipline, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact design initiatives that influenced company strategy.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design.

  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools.

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers and product managers.

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a plus.
