EchoStar is seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager within Enterprise Supply Chain Management (ESCM) to serve as the central orchestrator for structuring team roles and coordinating the full portfolio of ESCM projects. This role drives organizational clarity and establishes governance frameworks to ensure cross-functional initiatives align with key business objectives. By addressing process bottlenecks and defining future-state operational models, the position transforms ESCM operations to achieve measurable, scalable results.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Lead end-to-end process mapping of all Enterprise Supply Chain workflows; document current-state processes and design optimized future-state models
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation or continuous process improvement
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to align process improvements with system capabilities
- Establish clear process ownership, maintain accessible documentation, and develop a RACI matrix for key supply chain decision points
- Align individual team responsibilities with strategic ESCM goals, performance metrics, and departmental key results
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline process documentation, identify supply chain workflow optimizations, and enhance reporting efficiency
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
- Strategic program management expertise with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
- AI Literacy and Application to evaluate operational workflows, automate routine processes, and drive data-informed decision making
- Deep understanding of procurement methodologies, supply chain operations, and enterprise resource planning systems
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational data interpretation skills to resolve complex supply chain challenges
- Advanced collaboration, consensus-building, and communication skills to drive alignment and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Critical experience navigating high-volume, multi-project supply chain or operations environments with meticulous attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, with at least 3 years focused in supply chain or operations environments
- Must have experience with:
- Google Suite products
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Process mapping and RACI framework design

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
