  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while balancing speed and scalability.
  • Develop executive-ready updates, recommendations, and decision materials to keep leadership aligned throughout program delivery.

We expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of experience leading implementation of enterprise GTM systems, CRM transformations, or large-scale business systems programs.
  • Experience with GTM technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, customer data platforms, or similar commercial systems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, quoting, customer lifecycle, and reporting.
  • Excellent program management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and measure business outcomes.
