Do you thrive on building structure where there is none and driving enterprise-scale GTM transformation through influence, not authority?

Do you have a track record of standing up governance frameworks, aligning senior cross-functional leaders, and keeping complex program portfolios moving?

Join our Global Sales Program Management team!

Sales objectives are supported through strategic programs enhancing sales plays, speeding customer acquisition, and boosting productivity. Collaboration spans Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Enablement, ensuring swift execution.

Partner with the best

You will own a portfolio of 6 to 10 concurrent GTM and Sales transformation programs with direct impact on critical business goals.

As a Senior Program Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing 1-2 portfolios containing 6 to 10 concurrent projects, monitoring status, risks, dependencies, and workstream health through a structured system.
  • Translating business strategy into actionable program plans aligned with global sales initiatives and customer acquisition enhancements, ensuring outcomes meet organizational goals.
  • Fostering collaboration among Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Services, and Enablement, establishing trust rapidly, and addressing cross-functional conflict with stakeholders.
  • Standing up governance frameworks and operating models from scratch, including program cadence rhythms, reporting cadences and agendas
  • Creating and providing program reports and communications customized for audiences, ranging from team updates to presentations for executive stakeholders.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess 8 to 12 years of program or portfolio management expertise in GTM, Sales, or Revenue Operations, leading enterprise-wide transformations in Fortune 500 environments.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing governance structures independently, as experience solely with existing frameworks will not ensure success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management experience handling 10 to 30 stakeholders per program, including C-level executives, with a customer-focused mindset and urgency.
  • Demonstrate organizational discipline by managing priorities, adapting processes for stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining accountability across multiple complex workstreams.
  • Demonstrate experience mentoring peers or junior team members and operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct authority.
