Senior Project Coordinator- Finishes

Role within the project:

• Be the driving force on the ground for the project which is located in Goa. 
• Oversee and drive project activities in a time bound and systematic method
• Monitor the project’s schedule on a day today basis and prepare and share weekly and monthly project reports/dashboards

Responsibilities:

• Schedule reading and tracking of project
• Frequent site visits to monitor projects
• Preparation and update monthly project dashboards
• Working knowledge of MSP
• Analysis of planned vs actual progress
• Analyse look ahead schedule, procurement updates and design updates

Essential

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification
• 5-10 Years Experience in post degree experience.
• Proven experience in industrial projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
