- Coach and mentor less experienced project managers; Review project plans of less experienced project managers to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Align team on hypotheses, key qualitative and quantitative metrics, and ROI model parameters.
- Proactively identify and document risks and corresponding mitigation plans.
- Act as SME for any questions or opportunities during project development, pilot, or implementation.
