Skills Required
- 7–10+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in IT, software engineering, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong familiarity with AIrelated initiatives, modern engineering teams, or emerging technology adoption programs.
- Comfort working with emerging technology and ambiguity.
- Proven success in managing multiple parallel projects with complex stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in project planning, dependency/risk management, and structured delivery frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or PMO-aligned).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to partner closely with Developers and Analysts, understanding enough technical detail to effectively coordinate work and remove roadblocks.
- Experience organizing surveys, feedback loops, and metrics-driven reporting.
- High organizational discipline: documentation, status reporting, scheduling, and cross-team synchronization.
- Strong relationship-building skills across IT, business partners, and leadership layers.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate within a Center of Excellence model.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $101,200 to $126,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our newly formed AI Native Engineering team within IT. This team drives strategic AInative tooling adoption, engineering modernization, and enterprise-wide enablement efforts that are highly visible across WWT — including regular interaction with C-level executives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the IT Software Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), this role will coordinate multiple parallel initiatives, ensure alignment across Analysts and Developers, and partner closely with IT and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The Project Manager will play a critical role in organizing workstreams, enabling communication, tracking success metrics, and ensuring smooth execution of AI-driven transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Coordination
- Lead project spin-up activities, including scope definition, roles and responsibilities alignment, and initial planning across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
- Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring milestones, risks, and decisions are clearly tracked and communicated.
- Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and schedules while ensuring alignment across Analysts, Developers, leadership, and business partners.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with teams across IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new tools, processes, and R&D outcomes.
- Facilitate dependency management and escalation handling to unblock teams and maintain delivery momentum.
CrossTeam Partnership & Execution
- Partner closely with Analysts to support metrics analysis, surveys, communications, and successmeasurement activities.
- Partner with Developers to drive research and development efforts, documentation, proofofconcept tracking, and cross-team alignment.
- Organize and lead working sessions, requirement gathering, and structured communication between technical and nontechnical teams.
- Ensure consistent documentation of project artifacts, decisions, releases, and outcomes.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary communication hub for initiative updates, timeline summaries, and progress reporting to leadership — including C-suite visibility when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise project communications, status reports, and executive-level readouts.
- Promote transparency and alignment through structured communication channels and recurring checkpoints.
Survey & Metrics Administration
- Coordinate the administration of surveys across different personas and stakeholder groups.
- Work with Analysts to interpret feedback, trends, and success metrics that influence project direction and prioritization.
- Ensure survey execution, follow-up, and insights are built into ongoing workstreams.
