  • Identify, track and remove blockers and dependencies
  • Document the product/feature knowledge for consumption by other teams
  • Facilitate agile events, including, but not limited to: stand ups, parking lots, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, sprint plannings and/or retrospectives for your team
  • Engage with technical leads and engineers to ensure tickets are properly detailed, prioritized and estimated
  • Track, analyze and story tell metrics, at the team-level, to help deliver consistent productivity and velocity value and forecast project estimation

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional, technical teams preferably working with ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (plus other upper-funnel measurement solutions)
  • Experience supporting projects around identity resolution systems or identity graphs in an ad-tech, mar-tech, or SaaS environment is a plus
  • An understanding of data flows and basic purpose and usefulness of common terms and technologies, such as APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, etc.
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret datasets, generate insights, and create data-driven reports using SQL and analytics/BI tools
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Scrum, Kanban and/or other agile development frameworks within cross-functional teams
  • Experience owning, tracking and delivering projects end-to-end, often driving multiple complex projects at the same time

  • Passion for building strong team culture and maintaining high levels of team motivation and engagement
  • Technical savviness. You should be comfortable with technical topics and able to discuss them with both technical and non-technical audiences
