We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to help scale our organization across General & Administrative (G&A) and EPC-related functions.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring across corporate functions, engineering, construction, project management, and infrastructure teams. You'll partner directly with leaders across the business to identify, attract, and hire the people building our company.

We move fast. Priorities shift. Sometimes the role you opened yesterday is different today. The right person for this job doesn't panic in that environment, they thrive in it.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A, engineering, construction, and EPC-related roles.

  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate candidates, and execute hiring strategies.

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and creative outreach.

  • Run structured screening and interview process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

  • Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguous role definitions while keeping hiring momentum.

  • Push back when something in the hiring process doesn't make sense and help improve it.

  • Work closely with recruiting leadership to refine hiring strategies as the company scales.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and hiring data within Ashby.

Who You Are:

  • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

  • Confident in your recruiting instincts and able to move quickly with imperfect information.

  • Direct communicator who isn't afraid to challenge assumptions or speak up when something isn't working.

  • Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving company.

  • Slightly sarcastic, funny, and able to keep a sense of humor when doing hard work.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience hiring for G&A, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC roles.

  • Experience recruiting in high-growth or startup environments.

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple talent markets.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior hiring managers and leadership teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The T1 Way

We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.
