Confident in your recruiting instincts and able to move quickly with imperfect information.
Direct communicator who isn't afraid to challenge assumptions or speak up when something isn't working.
Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving company.
Slightly sarcastic, funny, and able to keep a sense of humor when doing hard work.
Qualifications:
5-7 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience hiring for G&A, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC roles.
Experience recruiting in high-growth or startup environments.
