The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and generous PTO for full time roles.

About the Role:
The Senior Regional Manager, 3PL Operations is responsible for overseeing operational performance, partnership health, and metric accountability across assigned third-party logistics (3PL) sites within a designated region.
This role serves as the primary relationship owner between Veho and 3PL partners, ensuring alignment to service standards, cost controls, safety expectations, and customer experience KPIs. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor, data-driven decision making, and strong relationship management skills to drive consistent execution across the 3PL network.

Responsibilities:
  • 3PL Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and establish clear expectations for performance and communication.
    • Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) with 3PL leadership.
    • Drive accountability regarding contractual obligations and SLAs.

  • Operational Performance & Metrics
    • Own regional KPIs: On-time delivery, route/scan compliance, cost per delivery, safety rates, and customer experience metrics.
    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
    • Develop corrective action plans and escalate systemic risks to senior leadership with clear mitigation strategies.

  • Financial & Cost Oversight
    • Monitor cost efficiency and partner with Finance to ensure billing accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities to improve margin performance while maintaining high service standards.

  • Operational Standardization & Stakeholder Alignment
    • Ensure sites adhere to Veho SOPs, technology standards, and compliance requirements.
    • Support the rollout of new initiatives and conduct regular site audits.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Finance, Safety, Technology, and CX.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience specifically working with or managing 3PL relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvement through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience improving margin performance.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in logistics, last-mile delivery, or warehouse operations.
  • Leadership: 3+ years managing multi-site operations or external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret KPIs and financial performance data.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
