Relativity is looking for an experienced revenue accountant to join the Revenue Accounting team as a part of our accounting and finance function.Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities And Duties
• Review customer contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606, including documenting nonstandard terms
• Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide revenue insights and support deal structuring decisions
• Support external audits and ensure revenue-related documentation and controls are buttoned up
• Help scale and improve revenue systems, processes, and controls as the business grows.
• Participate in revenue accounting and quote-to-cash cycle special projects.
• Support cross-department efforts and build relationships with other teams, including accounting, FP&A, sales, deal desk, and legal.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth technology company
• Proven technical knowledge of ASC 606 for Software and SaaS, including usage-based commit contracts
• Proficient in Revenue Systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, Zuora Revenue)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Robus analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and getting into the details when needed

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$74,000 and $110,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
