Sales Manager 

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Sales Manager. In this position, your primary objective is to solicit, develop, and maintain accounts in assigned market segments through direct sales efforts, while ensuring that budgeted financial results are achieved and exceeded. 

 

This is an on-site position at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Round Rock, Texas.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting. 
  • Building and nurturing client relationships.  
  • Negotiation and Contract Management. 

  

What We’re Looking For 

 

  • At least five years of sales experience in a hotel or resort with 500+ rooms and extensive meeting space. 
  • Proven success in prospecting, developing, and closing group business.   
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.   
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the greater Austin market, including existing relationships with key accounts, is preferred.
