Senior Salesforce Developer || Indianapolis, IN || Hybrid || Contract

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a large-scale Salesforce platform used for statewide public health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Support production issues, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
  • Design and maintain API and MuleSoft/enterprise integrations.
  • Manage deployments through CI/CD, DevOps, and version control.
  • Implement Salesforce security, encryption, auditing, and governance standards.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Train and mentor internal Salesforce teams.

Required Experience:

  • 11+ years of enterprise application development.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 5+ years of Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • 5+ years supporting complex enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Strong API/integration and middleware experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce security, CI/CD, DevOps, and technical documentation.

Salesforce advanced certifications and experience with public-sector, regulated, or statewide systems are highly preferred.
