Job Description

What are we looking for?  

As an SAP Senior Consultant, we seek an excellent ambassador to bring unparalleled expertise to our digital transformation projects. You will be a critical component of our organization in driving a positive customer experience, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

This role requires you to be comfortable diving into the details of workstreams, functionally and technically. You must also be autonomous, have excellent self-discipline, and be organized to be client-focused.

Main Activity 

The SAP Senior Consultants play an essential role on the delivery team and are accountable for meeting the client's scope, timeline, and milestone expectations. Our consultants will be involved in SAP specialties like finance, logistics, and project management. They will be responsible for delivering a completed, successful project by collaborating with the client and the other delivery team members. Activities:  

  • Work collaboratively with teams located in different locations worldwide. 
  • Follow AMS processes and adhere to SLAs. 
  • Prepare/Present status reports as needed. 
  • Participate in Weekly Operational Meeting calls with business stakeholders. 
  • Design, implementation, configurations, go live aftercare, training users, workshops 
  • Lead UAT and support business during Key Users' and End Users' Testing 
  • Participate in cutover activities and review and validate the cutover plan with the business. 
  • Participate and support the business during data migration. 
  • Support the business during Go-Live and Hypercare. 
  • Participate in Gap analysis, UAT preparation, Cutover preparation, and hypercar follow-up meetings. 

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of SAP projects experience.
  • At least two complete lifecycle implementation projects.  
  • Experience in Blueprint design, fit-gap analysis, user testing, and documenting local business requirements. 
  • Must have excellent communication skills with business users, stakeholders, and C-level executives. Also, capable of leading workshops.  
  • Expert understanding of SAP project implementation phases and delivery models. 
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time (month) 

Preferred qualification

  • SAP S/4 HANA certification.  
  • Certification related to your educational background. 
  • Master's degree. 

Employment and Educational Requirements 

  • Work authorization: United States (Required) – no sponsorship.  
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent contract, limited travel in the US 
  • Bachelor's degree - Professional. 
  • A master's degree is a plus.
  • SAP certification(s) are a plus. 
  • Additional Locations: Remote/hybrid - Expected Travel per month up to 40 - 50%

Location: UNITED STATES (center and east side of the country)
