You will collaborate closely with various teams, including content, creative, PR, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining the global social media strategy, governance, and scale: Define the objectives, target audiences, platform strategies, content pillars, and engagement tactics across all relevant social media channels.

  • Growing and developing all social media activities across Demandbase Social platforms: Including content creation and curation, community management, social listening, and reporting.

  • Building an internal Employee Advocacy program and developing an Executive Thought leadership platform on relevant social channels by amplifying cohesive and consistent brand narratives internally and externally.

  • Building and managing an influencer marketing program: Identifying and vetting potential influencers, negotiating contracts, developing creative briefs, managing campaigns, and tracking performance.

  • Managing social media budgets: Allocating resources effectively across different platforms and campaigns.

  • Analyzing and reporting on performance: Tracking key metrics, generating insights, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum impact and attribute to pipeline.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with content, creative, communications, and product marketing to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Building and nurturing relationships: Developing strong relationships with key influencers, social media partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintaining brand consistency: Ensuring all content, copy, design and video is always reflective of the company’s strategic brand identity.

  • Staying ahead of the curve: Monitoring social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously evolve our social and influencer strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including identification, outreach, and relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights.

  • Take a leadership role in evaluating, integrating, and scaling with AI tools to increase efficiencies and quality.

  • Experience managing social media budgets and resources.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Self-starter and highly accountable to continuous progress and results.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Oktopost, Asana and Jasper.

  • Experience in the marketing and sales technology industry.
