• Lead, coach, and develop software engineers across multiple product teams.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide performance feedback, and support employee growth and development.

Qualifications:
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading software development teams and engineering organizations.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams, distributed teams, contractors, and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and delivery practices.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, utilization reporting, and release planning.
• Experience managing contractor and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering processes, and team delivery metrics.
• Experience working closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Support organizations.
