As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: collaborates effectively across internal and external teams to identify dependencies, resolve technical issues, and drive alignment toward shared goals
  • Software Engineering Excellence: writes extensible, maintainable, well-tested, secure, and performant production quality code
  • Debugging, Problem Solving, & Security by Design: uses debugging, diagnostic, and engineering tools to validate assumptions, identify root causes, and continuously improve code and system quality.
