  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions aligned with development goals and principles.

  • Apply evidence-centered design to ensure features are testable, high-quality, and continuously deliverable.

  • Provide technical leadership: code reviews, ADR (Architecture Decision Record) feedback, mentoring, and coaching across teams.

  • Identify gaps and systemic issues, propose solutions, shape the engineering roadmap, and drive resolution.

  • Lead engineering support, release management, and on-call responsibilities for an always-on 24/7 site.

What you will bring:

  • Deep expertise with Java (Spring / Spring Boot), Python, and building scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL)

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks

  • Hands-on experience building features powered by large language models, including timely and tool development, API integration, and validating agent behavior through evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.

  • Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, NoSQL, GraphQL)

  • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern engineering practices

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding assistants, test generation, code review aids) to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality
