- Build high-quality, user-facing experiences across React (web) and React Native (mobile)
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs—knowing when to iterate, refactor, or move on
- Use data and feedback loops to continuously improve what you ship
- Be a strong teammate on a pragmatic, high-trust engineering team
- Frontend: 6+ years of strong experience with React and TypeScript
- Web & Mobile: Hands-on experience with Next.js, React Native, and GraphQL

- User-first: You think deeply about how your work affects real people
- Clear communicator: You explain ideas well and collaborate effectively
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Familiarity with Python, Django, SQL, Heroku, Vercel
- Passion for modern frontend tooling and best practices
- Comfortable using LLMs to improve development velocity
- Exposure to retail, gig-economy platforms, or marketplace products
- Optimizing worker acquisition and onboarding funnels using data
- Building real-time dispatch and matching systems
- Automating and scaling internal operations tooling
- Running green-field experiments to unlock new customer value
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity at a stage where ownership can compound materially
