Job Description

Build the front door to Wise for US customers. Join the US Growth team where we shape the very first impression for millions of potential customers in the US.

You’ll own the critical first steps of the customer journey, overseeing all entry points for our US audience. Your focus will be to transform our homepage, comparison tools, calculators, landing pages into powerful conversion assets. As a primary growth-driving team, we experiment relentlessly to create solutions that make signing up for Wise as seamless and intuitive as possible.

Qualifications

  • You are an expert in building web applications using modern frontend stack like React backed by Javascript/Typescript.
  • You have experience with backend development in a micro service architecture - Java and Spring Boot knowledge is a plus
  • You have a strong product mindset and genuine passion for user experience — you prioritize customer value and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, analytics and research teams to prioritize projects that enhance visitors’ first experience. Leverage strong communication skills to effectively manage expectations and deliver seamless integration of new features.
  • You have a self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit — you work well independently and across teams.
  • You are a strong communicator and can articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience. You know how to communicate with multiple teams and find the best solution that suits everyone.
  • You are passionate about learning and using UI/UX design principles
