The Opportunity:
As a Senior Solutions Architect at Miris, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, helping them identify high-impact use cases and design scalable, production-ready solutions on the Miris platform. You will work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption, shape best practices, and ensure customer success.
This role blends technical expertise with strong communication and systems thinking, and includes occasional travel to support strategic customer and partner engagements.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical discovery and architecture design for customer and partner engagements
- Serve as the architectural owner for end-to-end solutions built on the Miris platform
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and performant technical designs
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, solution diagrams, demos, and technical documentation
- Partner closely with business development to support pre-sales discovery, technical validation, and solution scoping
- Work with Product and Engineering to provide feedback informed by real-world customer needs
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Some travel is required
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering scalable 3D, AR, and/or VR solutions for customers — ideally in immersive, spatial workflows — using one or more real-time engines/frameworks such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Three.js, or Babylon.js.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, or developer-focused platforms
- Ability to design solutions across application, infrastructure, security, and performance layers
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
