Job Summary

The Solutions Consulting team is dedicated to driving success through proactive engagement and expert storytelling. As highly visible subject matter experts, we partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver exceptional value throughout the sales cycle, setting the stage for seamless implementation and long-term customer relationships. Our Solutions Consultants excel at understanding prospective customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, conducting robust analytical evaluations, and demonstrating the unique ROI of our data products. Ultimately, our team's success is measured by our ability to accelerate deal closures, enhance the buyer experience, and drive the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to lead discovery and confirmation sessions with prospective customers, identifying core needs, existing processes, and critical success criteria.
  • Map complex workflows and design tailored data solutions that align perfectly with the prospect's technical requirements and overarching business objectives.
  • Design and execute testing and evaluation plans for Infutor Data solutions in close collaboration with prospective customers and internal sales teams.
  • Conduct robust data analyses, translating complex analytical results into compelling, easy-to-understand presentations and ROI stories for prospective customers.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and data evaluations (both virtually and in-person) to executive-level stakeholders at large corporations.
  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Infutor Data solutions, providing guidance and credibility to both internal teams and external prospects.
  • Develop implementation plans that detail project scope, success criteria, onboarding milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate seamless hand-offs to post-sale teams, partnering closely with Implementation Engineers to ensure the proposed solution is delivered as designed.
  • Gather and synthesize market feedback from prospect interactions to proactively inform cross-functional efforts across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Identify and champion opportunities for process efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional growth within the business.
  • Mentor peers and actively contribute to the continuous development, culture, and success of the Solutions Consulting team.
  • Perform other duties as requested to support the dynamic needs of the business.
 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years' experience in an external-facing role within Solutions Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, or Analytics for a DAAS, SAAS or other complex, analytic, information-based solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated & proven track record of high performance.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google suite.
  • Comfortability working with and analyzing large data sets (millions of rows of data).
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, Salesforce.com, Tableau, SQL, AWS, Large Language Models for business and the Value Selling Framework 
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, APIs, and web technologies to support implementations is a plus.
  • Background in the performance marketing industry and/or consumer data industry is also a plus.
  • Expected travel: 10-20%

Organizational Impact

The Solutions Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving Infutor Data’s revenue growth by acting as the expert product consultant throughout the sales cycle. Serving as a strategic conduit between prospective customers and our internal teams—including Sales, Product, Support, Engineering and Customer Success—this role translates complex data insights into compelling stories of business impact. By proactively navigating an evolving product stack and bringing market insights back to the business, the Solutions Consultant enables our sales organization while supporting continuous product and process improvement.

Success in this role will:

  • Drive top-line revenue growth by accelerating the sales cycle and increasing win rates.
  • Translate complex product capabilities and data insights into actionable business stories, ensuring prospects clearly understand Infutor Data's ROI.
  • Capture and deliver critical customer and market insights back to Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams, directly influencing continuous improvement and product evolution.
  • Autonomously navigate an evolving product stack to deliver rapid, innovative solutions to technical or business challenges during the sales process.
  • Elevate overall team performance through proactive collaboration and by identifying measurable efficiencies in the sales motion (e.g. building highly repeatable use-case templates).

This role directly impacts our top-line revenue growth, shapes the prospective customer experience, and fosters a culture of cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
