- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, or working in customer facing roles for technology vendors or technology driven organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Atlassian's product suite and ability to articulate its value in solving complex business challenges.
- Proven experience delivering impactful product/solution demonstrations and leading technical evaluations.
- Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities and align with customer goals.
- Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to present to and persuade varied audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for solving problems and empowering customers, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach focused on execution and continuous improvement.
