The Role
T1 Energy is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to help scale recruiting across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing functions.
This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping close high-quality talent across technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate gas experience recruiting for complex industrial manufacturing organizations and knows how to find talent in competitive markets. This role requires someone who moves quickly, operates with urgency, and is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to support hiring across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing functions.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates across technical and industrial talent markets.
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality.
Conduct outreach, initial candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development across a variety of roles and levels.
Develop strong candidate relationship and deliver high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Partner with recruiting and business leaders to understand hiring priorities, organizational needs, and market dynamics.
Track pipeline activity, sourcing metrics, and hiring progress within Ashby and all recruiting systems.
Support recruiting process improvements, talent mapping initiatives, and market intelligence efforts.
Help build T1 Energy's employer brand within advanced manufacturing, energy, and industrial talent communities.

Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong focus on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Manufacturing, or other industrial/technical functions.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and engaging talent for complex technical and operational roles.
Experience working in both startup/high-growth environments and larger companies.
Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate engagement, and talent market dynamics.
Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
