The Role

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate on concepting and ideation to shape the consumer journey and experience.
  • Develop designs through mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, and material palettes; rendering skills a plus.
  • Create environmental graphics, scenic elements, and merchandising details that bring spaces to life.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication, quality execution, and smooth delivery.
  • Present work to clients and teammates, incorporating feedback and occasionally traveling for site visits or installs (1–3x per year).
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in spatial design, retail design and/or experiential design
  • SketchUp as a primary tool
  • Rendering capabilities are a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking and high-level execution in brand experience work
  • A collaborative team player that is highly motivated, pro-active and positive.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a remote work setting.
  • Illustration, animation or design interests
