Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Commerce Media Advertiser Development
Overview:
The Advertising Operations Coordinator Senior Specialist play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by supporting the day to day operational execution of cross functional initiatives. This role acts as a force multiplier for senior leadership-helping manage workflows, reporting, communications, and project tracking across publishers, product, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Leadership Support
o Prepare executive level slides, summaries, and briefing materials
o Support meeting preparation including agendas, pre reads, and follow ups
o Track action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders
Publisher & Partner Coordination
o Share responsibility for publisher communications and coordination
o Manage and organize inbound communications (daily emails, updates, reporting)
Project & Program Management
o Project manage cross functional initiatives from planning through execution
o Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
o Maintain dashboards or trackers that show progress, issues, and outcomes
o Identify gaps or blockers and proactively drive resolution
o Maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation
Operational Excellence
o Help define and document operational processes related to launches and ongoing initiatives
o Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and external partners
o Create structure where it doesn't exist and continuously improve workflows
All About You:
The ideal candidate has experience supporting media campaigns, managing reporting workflows, and coordinating cross functional stakeholders along with strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of communication, maintain accurate records, and support campaign execution across digital and publisher environments.
o Strong experience in advertising/loyalty industry
o Education in Advertising/Marketing/Communications
o Experience with meeting prep, agenda creation, follow-up action tracking & documentation
o Experience with process improvement and documentation of roles, responsibilities and timelines
o Skilled at Excel / PowerPoint
o Managed workflows across multiple teams

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

Purchase, New York: $120,000 - $204,000 USD
Arlington, Virginia: $120,000 - $204,000 USD
Boston, Massachusetts: $120,000 - $204,000 USD
Chicago, Illinois: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
Miami, Florida: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
O'Fallon, Missouri: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
Remote - Michigan: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
Remote - New Hampshire: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
Remote - North Carolina: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
Remote - Ohio: $104,000 - $177,000 USD
