Minimum qualifications
- Experience selling to or with global system integrators (such as GSIs and MSSPs).
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and command of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
- Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel globally as required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS or early-growth technology environments.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Wiz is hiring a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to help build and scale our emerging Systems Integrator (SI) go-to-market business. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving revenue with the world’s largest system integrators through sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with models.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment—someone who can build repeatable processes and make an immediate impact on growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed a direct sales quota; drive new logo acquisition with global SI partners.
- Develop and execute a KPI-driven, repeatable GTM process to scale SI sourced and influenced revenue.
- Align and coordinate internal sales, alliances, and services teams to deliver a unified SI go-to-market approach.
- Build and nurture champions at both business and technical levels within SI organizations.
- Manage a global pipeline with clear accountability, visibility, and performance metrics.
