Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for our Technical Support organization. This role owns the design and execution of batch hiring events, working closely with hiring managers to hit aggressive, time-sensitive hiring targets without sacrificing candidate quality or experience. Beyond Technical Support, this person will also partner with leaders across our Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Corporate (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations) functions on individual and cohort-based hiring needs. This is more than a requisition-filler role: the ideal candidate acts as a true partner and strategist to hiring teams, bringing data, market insight, and a point of view to every conversation, and is comfortable influencing hiring managers and leadership on process, timelines, and candidate decisions. They thrive on process, move fast, and can flex between high-volume recruiting operations and more consultative, relationship-driven hiring for specialized roles.

Position Location:

Remote (Texas)

Reports To:

Senior Manager of TA, North America

What We’re Looking For:

· 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success in high-volume/high-velocity hiring.

· Hands-on experience designing and running batch hiring events and Super Days – coordinating multiple candidates, interviewers, and same-day decisions/offers.

· Experience recruiting for technical support, customer support, or another high-volume, high-turnover function.

· Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) as well as Corporate roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).

· Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and business leaders at all levels.

Additional skills:

· Experience with Ashby or a comparable applicant tracking system, along with recruiting automation and scheduling tools.

· Data-driven approach to recruiting, comfortable tracking and reporting on pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance metrics.

· Experience building recruitment marketing or employer branding campaigns to support high-volume hiring.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

 · Own end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Technical Support hiring: intake and workforce planning, sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close – acting as a true partner and strategist to hiring managers rather than an order-taker, and using data and market insight to influence hiring decisions, timelines, and process.

Design, plan, and execute batch hiring events and Super Days, coordinating hiring managers, interview panels, and logistics to hire cohorts of candidates efficiently.

· Build and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, referrals, and partnerships with sourcing/recruitment marketing teams.

· Partner with Technical Support leadership to forecast hiring needs, set headcount plans, and adjust recruiting strategy to meet seasonal and growth-driven demand.

· Support recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders on individual requisitions and hiring plans.

· Support recruitment for Corporate roles across Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations, tailoring sourcing and screening approach to more specialized hiring needs.

Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, structured interviews, and a positive impression of PAR throughout the process.

· Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, source effectiveness) and use data to continuously improve process.

· Ensure ATS hygiene and compliance with recruiting policies, EEO guidelines, and internal process standards throughout the hiring lifecycle.

· Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and peers to share best practices, improve batch hiring playbooks, and scale processes across teams.

· Act as a brand ambassador for PAR, representing the company at hiring events, career fairs, and other recruiting activities as needed.

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team

  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)

  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Senior Director, Customer Support & Head of Global Talent Strategy (via MS Teams)
