The Senior Technical Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
Stack Influence is a VC-funded creator marketplace app connecting eCommerce brands with everyday social media users. We are a high-growth, remote-first startup that offers a flexible 4-day work week.
You will report directly to the CTO and play a central role across Product, Engineering, and Operations. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to deliver both strategy and execution.
Salary is between $150k–225k USD with equity potential.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and delivery from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and metrics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to define requirements, manage sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical depth (APIs, data models, analytics).
- Analyze product data, design experiments, and use insights to prioritize features and improve business performance.
- Lead discovery efforts with users, stakeholders, and market research to validate opportunities.
- Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager.
- 2+ years experience in a Software Engineering or Data Science role.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, data models, and SQL.
- Proven success delivering products in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
