Join the Movement for Health Empowerment at WISEcode

WISEcode is on a mission to transform how people understand, choose, and enjoy the foods they eat. We are not building another static health app. We are pioneering an intelligent, interactive experience that empowers families and businesses with clarity, confidence, and curiosity around everyday decisions.

Our powerful AI-driven platform is backed by one of the most comprehensive and transparent food datasets in the world — 15,000 data points per product feeding a scientific logic engine that shapes how food is understood. As we scale that platform, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager who will be the connective tissue between our platform, our science, our data, and our partners — turning complex, cross-functional work into shipped results that families and businesses can feel.

If you’re passionate about health and wellness, skilled in running data-heavy product and program workstreams, experienced in guiding technical teams, vendors, and partners toward a shared roadmap, and excited about the challenges of a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, this role offers you the chance to make a tangible and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

    • Steward the WISEcode Intelligence platform roadmap while running the cross-functional programs that feed it — the Science team’s computational pipeline, how the Mobile team surfaces that data in the consumer app, and time-boxed retail partner projects.

    • Partner with our Science and Data team to run the computational scoring pipeline as a clear, managed program, giving every model, scoring fix, and data investigation a named owner, a timeline, and a path to production.

    • Translate scientific logic — scoring systems, thresholds, and gating rules — into clear product requirements, and keep behavior consistent across our platform and consumer app.

    • Lead time-boxed partner engagements, aligning internal teams on scope and timing and keeping every partner commitment on track.

    • Support demos, RFP responses, and follow-ups so commercial momentum never stalls waiting on an internal decision.

    • Create clear, well-structured documentation — specs, user stories, decision logs, and updates — so every team can move with confidence and no one is operating blind.

    • Run the agile ceremonies that keep multiple squads moving — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and weekly product calls — and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a distributed product and data team.

    • Define acceptance criteria and run evals for AI/LLM-powered features, so model quality is measured rather than assumed.

    • Represent product needs in the company data model and ingredient taxonomy — ontologies, brand identity, and UPC normalization — that keeps 15,000 data points per product coherent across the platform.

Qualifications

    • 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or a hybrid role, ideally on data-heavy or platform products.

    • Technical fluency across SQL, APIs, data pipelines, feature flags, and AI/LLM-based systems — you don’t need to write production code, but you can pressure-test an engineering plan and spot a unit-conversion error in a dataset.

    • A proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams with clean tracking — owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision logs — turning ambiguity into structure by default.

    • Experience coordinating external vendors or partners: scoping work, negotiating timelines, and holding both sides accountable.

    • The stakeholder skill to align strong-willed senior technical partners and drive decisions without formal authority.

    • Exceptional written and facilitation skills that make complex technical work legible to sales, marketing, and executives.

    • A fast, omnivorous learner — this role jumps from nutrient ontologies to scoring logic to retail partner demos in a single week, and you can get conversationally fluent in an unfamiliar domain in days, not months.

    • A background or genuine interest in food, nutrition, or health data is a plus; scientific literacy is a must.

What You'll Own in Your First 90 Days

    • Run your first evaluation cycle on an AI/LLM-powered feature and use the results to gate a release.

    • Ship at least one scoring fix from investigation to production, with a decision log to show for it.

    • Stand up a weekly cross-team status rhythm that executives actually read.

Why Join WISEcode?

You’ll thrive here if you measure yourself by decisions closed and workstreams shipped, not meetings held — and if you’re at home sitting between scientists, engineers, and commercial teams, fluent enough in each language to keep everyone building the same product. Where others see a mountain of data anomalies, you see a triage framework, a prioritized list, and a plan. Startups shift weekly, and you keep the roadmap honest, the stakeholders informed, and the team moving.

If you are looking to be part of something that drives real change, WISEcode might be the place for you. We are a team genuinely committed to improving people’s health and well-being. We value transparency, creativity, collaboration, and empowering each team member to contribute their unique strengths.

This is an opportunity to define how families and businesses interact with intelligence, how curiosity turns into learning, and how thoughtful design can shape healthier habits at scale. Come help us build something that matters.

WISEcode is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
