  • Technical subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains: Kubernetes/containers/cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience building and maintaining a portfolio of technical assets, including demos, blogs, diagrams, or training sessions.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and GTM execution.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 or more years of experience in technical marketing, DevRel, product marketing, solutions engineering, or equivalent hands-on cloud/security roles.
  • Hands-on technical expertise in specialized domains such as Threat detection, incident response, security operations, AI architecture, model governance, responsible AI, data privacy, access control, or regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to write, present, and seamlessly translate deep technical complexity into clear business value.
  • Strong strategic thinking and self-directed execution, with a track record of leading projects with impact rather than activity.
About the job:

In this role, we are looking for someone who will lead strategic technical narratives, own GTM efforts for key initiatives, and mentor others on content and enablement. You have deep, hands-on experience in one or more of these domains: Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, Cloud security and detection engineering, AI infrastructure and governance, and Data protection and regulatory compliance. You’re not just a content creator — you’re a trusted technical voice in the room, with strong instincts for how to reach practitioners and translate complexity into clarity.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the technical marketing plan for one or more product areas, from launch to scale, owning technical go-to-market for strategic areas.
  • Lead technical storytelling and content development, driving the creation of deep-dive blogs, demo environments, whitepapers, technical sessions, and diagrams grounded in hands-on expertise.
  • Build cross-functional influence as a key partner to Product, Product Marketing (PMM), Sales Engineering, and Enablement, helping to define messaging, guide roadmap feedback, and scale GTM impact.
  • Enable the field and drive adoption by creating and delivering tools that drive sales conversations and help customers adopt the platform, including battlecards, investigation flows, objection handling, and workshops.
  • Represent Wiz externally at webinars, industry events, and customer briefings, becoming a go-to voice for your domain internally and in the market.
  • Mentor and scale the team by sharing best practices, reviewing content, and helping level up a growing Technical Marketing Manager (TMM) team.
