The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead and independently manage cross-functional projects focused on technical systems and system integrations.  This role is responsible for driving seamless integration across Microsoft Dynamics, Yard Management System (YMS), Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (TMS) platforms, ensuring alignment between business operations and scalable technology solutions. 

This is a highly operational, hands-on role requiring deep experience in enterprise system integrations, supply chain workflows, and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can bridge technical architecture and business execution, while actively driving programs forward, resolving integration challenges, and building system maturity across the organization. 

The Ideal candidate will have:  

  • 10+ years of enterprise technical program or project management. 
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP), YMS, and TMS platforms. 
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or distribution environments. 
  • Strong integration expertise (APIs, data flows, middleware, system dependencies). 
  • Experience operating in cloud-based environments (Azure preferred). 
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-system programs at scale. 
  • Strong executive communication skills. 
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on. 

Job Requirements:  

Technical Oversight 

  • Partner with Engineering and IT teams to ensure architectural alignment, data integrity, scalability, and performance across integrated systems. 
    Lead integration initiatives within cloud-based environments (Azure preferred; other cloud platforms considered). 
  • Capture upstream and downstream technical impact, defining scope, ownership, dependencies, licensing, versioning, and compatibility. 
    Coordinate functionality validation with QA to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements. 
  • Work directly with Development teams to deliver scalable, stable, and production-ready system enhancements. 
    Implement Agile methodologies to support structured development cycles and predictable delivery. 
  • Oversee vendor accountability across implementation, configuration, upgrades, and support cycles. 
  • Evaluate solution capabilities and ensure alignment with long-term enterprise architecture and operational needs. 

Program Leadership 

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise system programs across ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS environments. 
  • Define and manage system roadmaps aligned to operational and supply chain strategy. 
  • Establish structure and governance within a maturing PM function. 
  • Mentor junior PMs while remaining actively involved in delivery. 

Scope of Work 

  • Lead integration and optimization initiatives across: 
  • Microsoft Dynamics (ERP Finance / Supply Chain modules) 
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 
  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS) 
  • Partner with warehouse and logistics leaders to improve system-enabled operational efficiency. 

Operational Expectations 

  • Drive system alignment across procurement, finance, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain workflows. 
  • Support high-volume CPG distribution environments with integrated ERP, WMS, YMS and TMS platforms.
