This is a highly operational, hands-on role requiring deep experience in enterprise system integrations, supply chain workflows, and cloud-based environments. Lead integration initiatives within cloud-based environments (Azure preferred; other cloud platforms considered).
  • Capture upstream and downstream technical impact, defining scope, ownership, dependencies, licensing, versioning, and compatibility.
Coordinate functionality validation with QA to ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
  • Work directly with Development teams to deliver scalable, stable, and production-ready system enhancements.
Implement Agile methodologies to support structured development cycles and predictable delivery.
  • Oversee vendor accountability across implementation, configuration, upgrades, and support cycles.
  • Evaluate solution capabilities and ensure alignment with long-term enterprise architecture and operational needs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise system programs across ERP, CRM, WMS, and TMS environments.
  • Define and manage system roadmaps aligned to operational and supply chain strategy.
  • Establish structure and governance within a maturing PM function.
  • Mentor junior PMs while remaining actively involved in delivery.
  • Lead integration and optimization initiatives across:
  • Microsoft Dynamics (ERP Finance / Supply Chain modules)
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Partner with warehouse and logistics leaders to improve system-enabled operational efficiency.
  • Drive system alignment across procurement, finance, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain workflows.
  • Support high-volume CPG distribution environments with integrated ERP, WMS, YMS and TMS platforms.
    • Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
      • Be open and honest
      • Reach for excellence
      • Act with responsibility
      • Value the whole person
      • Enjoy the journey

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of enterprise technical program or project management.
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP), YMS, and TMS platforms.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, or distribution environments.
  • Strong integration expertise (APIs, data flows, middleware, system dependencies).
  • Experience operating in cloud-based environments (Azure preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-system programs at scale.
  • Strong executive communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
