We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help shape, build, and scale our Engineering, Product and Design organization. You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to close world-class technical talent.

What you’ll do
  • Own the partnership with our Head of Engineering and CTO on hiring EPD priorities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process 
  • Maintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
  • Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for stage and company
  • Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and events
  • Leverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for Hex
  • Build a solid understanding of Hex’s business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messaging
  • Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategies
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teams
  • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process
What you’ll bring
  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and company fit
  • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies for niche technical roles
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
  • Expertise in leveraging Gem and Greenhouse to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
  • Experience managing complex technical roles

The salary range for this role is: $144,000 - $185,000

The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.
