The Venture
In late 2020, Regrello embarked on a mission to transform the global manufacturing industry, which is hindered by inefficient and outdated processes. Our AI-driven platform is designed to eliminate significant inefficiencies in manufacturing operations, offering solutions where others see challenges. Our approach makes it easier to customize manufacturing and supply chain processes, which are typically bogged down by emails and spreadsheets. With a 2-3 year financial runway, we combine the agility of a startup with the stability for long-term growth.

This Position
This is our first technical hire on the Go-to-Market GTM) team and will have the opportunity to split their time between dedicated technical engagement for our largest customer and help lay the foundation for how Regrello provides technical consulting expertise across the entire customer journey. This role will have the opportunity to operate across pre and post-sales and  partner closely with Product to shape the maturity of our technical product offerings.

Regrello is reshaping how companies collaborate through a no-code platform that lets businesses easily build and manage their processes. Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine. Our advanced AI engine not only makes workflow analysis more efficient but also facilitates natural language interactions, allowing users to develop solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

You
You are customer-obsessed and value being a trusted expert, leveraging broad technical and deep product expertise.  You advise on best practices to support the adoption of Regrello’s transformational AI technology at the largest manufacturers in the world. You have a deep curiosity to learn the customers’ business and operational goals to then maximize those, with Regrello.

We are looking for someone who has

  • 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect for an complex business application (ERP, MRP, PLM preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to architect integrations aforementioned applications (SAP or Oracle ERP preferred)
  • Proficiency in modern integration methods, including REST APIs and scripting experience in Python or Javascript
  • Experience working with prospects and customers to respond to inquiries around Infosec and technical capabilities
  • Strong technical program management skills to run multiple work streams concurrently in a dynamic startup environment
  • Ability to translate deep technical expertise to compelling prospect and customer presentations and communication
  • A customer-centric approach to solving hard problems
  • A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies 

What you will do

  • Partner with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases
  • Be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer’s tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.)
  • Enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution
  • Act as customer’s key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities
  • Ensure a gold standard experience at our largest most strategic customers
  • Work with the wider organization to stay on the leading edge of Regrello’s product and technical offerings
  • Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks
  • Manage and route customer feedback and issues
