We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions quickly. You'll be responsible for the complete design process, from understanding user needs to creating final designs that are ready for development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile products that are easy to use and visually appealing
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Work directly with product managers and developers to turn ideas into finished products
  • Make design decisions independently without needing constant oversight
  • Deliver design work on tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Present and explain your design choices to stakeholders
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all products

Requirements
  • 6+ years of releavant experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnarounds
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with different customers
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

Nice to have:

  • Experience with design systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards
