Lead strategy and execution of large-scale SEM campaigns, optimizing paid search efforts globally with a focus on data-driven results.
We’re looking for a Senior SEM Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our paid search efforts at monday.com.
SEM is a core growth channel for us, and this role plays a key part in scaling user acquisition across global markets.
You’ll be responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale search campaigns, working in a highly data-driven environment with significant budgets and real impact on company growth. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic layer, requiring both deep SEM expertise and a high level of ownership.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM / Paid Search campaigns at scale.
- Proven experience owning and optimizing high-budget campaigns in competitive environments.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience working with attribution models, testing frameworks, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
