- Owning projects end-to-end-from early problem framing and stakeholder collaboration to high-fidelity design and developer handoff
- Shaping problem spaces by contributing to activities like problem definition, competitive analysis, writing user needs, and synthesizing insights
- Creating artifacts like user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, growth strategists, and engineers to clarify scope, explore solutions, and ensure designs meet user and business needs
- Championing user needs and business goals while balancing technical constraints
- Presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Building and iterating on Vitruvian, our design system
- Staying curious and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or a related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Solid portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes across mobile-first applications
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proven solid communication and collaboration skills
- Proven user-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
- Proven iterative mindset with a focus on solving problems collaboratively over individual ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Behavioral design competencies
- Experience using and/or designing with agentic tools
- Experience applying brand guidelines to digital interfaces
- Familiarity with Jira
- Familiarity with Atomic Design principles and design systems
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
